Our Fees
For advising and arranging a Mortgage, we will typically charge a broker fee of £500 on application, unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
For advising and arranging a Lifetime Mortgage, we will typically charge a broker fee of £1,000 when the mortgage offer is issued, unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
We do not charge any fees for arranging protection policies such as Life Insurance, or general insurance such as Buildings and Contents cover.
We are not authorised to give advice in relation to Investments, Wills, Surveys, Foreign Exchange or Legal matters. However, where appropriate and with your consent, we can introduce you to a third party who provides advice in these areas or products. Details of their services and costs, which are separate to ours, will be fully explained in their disclosure documentation. We may receive and retain a fee / commission paid by the third-party firm, should they provide you a service. Any fee / commission should be disclosed by the third party.
We will confirm our fee and when it is payable with you prior to commencing any business.
